Message	ABS and similar plastics have a flow temp of around 250 Farenheit. Stick your mold in the oven @ 250-275 F with a sheet of ABS plastic over top and gravity will slowly pull it down to the correct shape. Should be fairly straight forward for your design. For more complex shapes, you simply pull a vacuum on the plastic to get it to fill all the areas.
